West Ham should be going all out to sign Viktor Gyokeres from Coventry City this summer.
David Moyes brought Danny Ings to West Ham in January for around £15 million, but the 30-year-old has proven to be a completely pointless signing so far, and Viktor Gyokeres could be the answer to our striking woes next season.

Gianluca Scamacca has spent more time on the sidelines through injury than he has on the pitch this season, whilst Michail Antonio has regressed since the end of last term.

It was recently suggested that Hammers boss David Moyes wants to bring Gyokeres, 24, to the London Stadium, and he’s rated at around £20 million.
I believe that the Scot needs a serious reshuffle in the centre-forward department at the London Stadium in the summer transfer window.
And the Coventry City hitman is the ideal man for the job…
West Ham must sign Viktor Gyokeres this summer
I strongly believe that the 13-capped Sweden international will be the ideal man to solve the Hammers’ centre-forward woes next season.
Gyokeres has been in fine form for the Sky Blues so far this term with 21 goals and nine assists in 45 appearances to his name (Transfermarkt).
He has 42 goals and 14 assists in 111 career games for Coventry under his belt (Transfermarkt).

Gyokeres is a willing runner and is superb at stretching the opposition’s backline by making tireless runs into the channels – something that David Moyes will absolutely love.
The Coventry ace is accomplished with both feet and is very good at playing with his back to goal, holding up the ball and turning defenders. He has been described as a ‘lethal’ striker by TEAMtalk.
Moyes needs to replace Michail Antonio. The 33-year-old’s best days are behind him now, and Danny Ings is definitely not suited to the style of football that the 60-year-old Scot likes to deploy.
West Ham should be all over Viktor Gyokeres in the summer transfer window – he’s the absolute perfect striker for us.
