However, should we win the Europa Conference League, it will be incredibly hard to sack him.
Having said that, Sherwood still thinks the Hammers owners should make a big change this summer…
Tim Sherwood tips Premier League boss to become West Ham manager when Moyes is sacked
Marco Silva should be the man to take over from Hammers boss Moyes at the London Stadium when this season has finished.
That’s according to Tim Sherwood who told the No Tippy Tappy Football podcast how the 45-year-old Fulham boss is the ideal man for the job at West Ham:

“I think the rumour has appeared because he has a £6 million buy out in his contract. They can’t stop him leaving, if they pay that. Without disrupting Fulham, it’s a bigger club – West Ham. Huge support. I think he’s a very good manager, I really do, and if they want to change David Moyes he would be a good option for them. Good brand of football, progressive, what the West Ham fans want to see. I think there will be a change there at West Ham, whether they win it or not.”
I agree with Sherwood – I would absolutely love Marco Silva at the London Stadium.

The former Everton boss likes to implement a high tempo, high press, possession based playing style. In other words – the polar opposite to David Moyes’s philosophy!
The Cottagers were pushing for the European spots before Aleksandr Mitrovic’s untimely eight-match ban.
Tim Sherwood thinks Marco Silva should be the new West Ham manager when David Moyes leaves. And he’s spot on in my opinion.
