The 26-year-old German has been a much-maligned figure at the London Stadium this season, after signing for the Hammers from Paris Saint-Germain for around £13 million (Tancredi Palmeri).

However, he turned things around today with a magnificent display. Good on Thilo Kehrer…
Thilo Kehrer was superb for West Ham vs Manchester United
The 26-capped Germany international looked like the player we saw when he first moved to East London from Paris.
Kehrer had 41 touches, made three tackles, three clearances and won one aerial duel. He made 25 passes and recorded a completion rate of 88% (Who Scored).
He kept Marcus Rashford relatively quiet all game – that really is no mean feat considering the Manchester United attacker’s quality.

Kehrer actually has everything needed to be a huge success in the Premier League. He is incredibly quick, strong in the challenge and has so much passion and love for the club.
His weaknesses are his poor concentration levels, decision making and the way in which he lunges into challenges.
However, none of that was on display today. Thilo Kehrer really was absolutely tremendous for West Ham against Manchester United.
Hopefully we see a lot more consistency from Kehrer now. He certainly has the talent and ability, and he proved that tonight.
