Simon Jordan and Danny Murphy say David Moyes has run his race at West Ham despite the recent upturn in performances and results.
This time last month David Moyes was a man seriously under pressure at West Ham.
Word is the 5-1 home defeat to Newcastle meant an away match at Fulham became a must not lose game if Moyes was to keep his job.
The Hammers duly beat the Cottagers 1-0 with a dogged display of defending.
West Ham followed that up with roaring comebacks against Arsenal and Gent before a thumping 4-0 win away at relegation rivals Bournemouth.
The string of results mean West Ham look to now be one win off securing Premier League survival. And the Hammers have a second consecutive European semi-final to look forward to as well against AZ Alkmaar.

Debate continues to rage over manager’s future beyond this season
Liverpool put a dent in West Ham’s revival with a controversial 2-1 win at the London Stadium on Wednesday night.
Some West Ham fans were disappointed that Moyes appeared to revert – in spells at least – to the risk averse tactics which have frustrated them before their recent resurgence.
Especially given Liverpool looked extremely vulnerable at the back once again.
Supporters have also voiced frustrations over team his team selection and criticised Moyes for being set in his ways when making substitutions – often waiting until gone the hour mark.

West Ham have been much more effective and aggressive of late. But the side continue to come off much worse in terms of possession and passing statistics.
That has seen debate continue to rage over whether Moyes should be kept on beyond this summer.
It was recently claimed in a report from The Times that West Ham will part ways with the Scot this summer even if the Hammers stay up and win the Europa Conference League.
Hammers News highlighted the dilemma facing West Ham should that scenario play out.
Particularly now Moyes has publicly confirmed he wants to remain as manager next season.
But Simon Jordan and Danny Murphy say Moyes has run his race at West Ham despite the recent upturn.

Speaking on talkSPORT, the duo praised the job Moyes has done in east London.
However both feel there should be a parting of the ways come the summer. And Murphy claims West Ham want a ‘change of style’.
“I like him as a person, I like him as a manager – I know there’s a moniker that goes with him which is ‘Dithering Dave’ where he doesn’t make decisions and I think there’s some mitigation behind that but not all the way,” Jordan said.
“I think with West Ham this season, I do feel he’s run his race. And I do think that the time has possibly come for a change. And I don’t know what that change looks like…
“I’d be interested to see who is better than David. I think he’s done a very good job at West Ham… If they come away 13th in the league and with a European trophy it’s difficult to say David hasn’t done a reasonable job albeit for the bulk of the season it’s been under pressure.”
Murphy agreed that Moyes has done a fine job. But added that he thinks West Ham want a more progressive style.
He said: “I actually think he’s done really well. And I think Simon’s right in that he has probably run his race. But for the benefit of him (as much as West Ham), because he’ll get another good job.
“And actually they want to change the style (at West Ham), he won’t change his style.”
