Central defence will definitely be an area where David Moyes wants to strengthen at the London Stadium in the summer transfer window.

The Hammers allowed Craig Dawson to leave in January and there are longstanding concerns over Kurt Zouma’s fitness.

West Ham eyeing moving to sign Roma ace Roger Ibanez
Forza Roma reckon that the Hammers are in contention to sign the 24-year-old Brazil international this summer.
I think that Ibanez would be a terrific addition for West Ham.
Standing at 6ft 2 in tall, the Brazilian isn’t the tallest of centre-backs, but don’t let that fool you. He has a great leap on him and is very strong in the tackle.

His playing style is quintessentially South American what with his tenacity and calculated aggression.
Ibanez isn’t the quickest of players, but he certainly has the physical profile needed to succeed in the Premier League.
Roma are allegedly willing to sell the 24-year-old in the summer transfer window.
And I think that if West Ham genuinely have the chance to sign Roger Ibanez, we can’t afford to miss out on him.
