The Italy international hasn’t played regularly, nor has David Moyes set up his team to get the best out of the 6ft 5in striker.

Gianluca Scamacca ruthlessly dropped by World Soccer agency

The ex-Sassuolo hitman would have woken up to some bad news this morning.

His representatives – World Soccer agency, have parted ways with him due to a supposed ‘lack of trust’.

Fabrizio Romano shared the news on his Twitter account this morning:

Quite what has happened there is anyone’s guess.

I really hope that the split with his agency doesn’t affect Scamacca mentally. We really need him fully fit and firing on all cylinders between now and the end of the season.

World Soccer Agency pulled no punches with their statement on Gianluca Scamacca.

Hopefully he finds new representatives soon and the situation is resolved in a timely manner.
