There is a major boost for David Moyes today as West Ham star Danny Ings was pictured in training after his injury scare.
West Ham are going through a bit of a rough patch with injuries at the moment.
And given everything that is at stake for the Hammers in the second half of the season, Moyes needs as many of his key players fit and firing as possible.
With Kurt Zouma out as the result of a thigh muscle tear and Craig Dawson having been sold to Wolves, more bad news emerged from the treatment room regarding Thilo Kehrer today.
The German was withdrawn at half-time of West Ham’s 1-1 draw at Newcastle with Sky Sports stating he had picked up an injury.

It has since been claimed the injury is a hamstring strain and could see Kehrer miss this weekend’s match against Chelsea.
Vladimir Coufal was also withdrawn late on at St James’ Park with cramp.
Maxwel Cornet is expected to miss the Chelsea match while Alphonse Areola is also a doubt with his own hamstring injury which saw him miss the Newcastle draw.
Gianluca Scamacca , who supported his West Ham teammates from home at the weekend, has finished his treatment on a knee injury and could return to the squad, though.
As reported by Hammers News after the Newcastle game, there were concerns over potential injuries to Ings and Jarrod Bowen too.
Bowen was seen limping for much of the second half and although he played on to the finish he could not sprint at full speed and was almost anonymous in the last 20 minutes. He still worked hard for the team but was clearly struggling.
West Ham fans will just be praying Bowen suffered an impact injury that will not keep him out.
Ings made a speedy return from a knee injury to take his place on the bench at Newcastle. But within minutes of coming on he went down clutching what appeared to be his knee.

The £15m West Ham signing was also then seen walking gingerly and struggling to run for around five minutes.
Given Ings finished the Everton match despite picking up his initial knee injury within 30 seconds of arriving on the pitch, there were understandable concerns over the striker.
But there is a major boost for Moyes as West Ham star Ings is pictured in training after the new injury scare.
West Ham’s media team posted photographs of Nayef Aguerd, Ben Johnson and that man Ings all smiles in training at Rush Green on a gloriously sunny Monday.
Moyes and West Ham fans will be breathing a collective sigh of relief.
The trio were seen sporting the club’s brand new training range as they got to work for the week ahead of the huge London derby with Chelsea.
Skipper Declan Rice was also pictured in great spirits at training.
