A journalist claims to have unmasked the 4 managers on West Ham’s shortlist to replace David Moyes should he leave.
West Ham have been making plans for life after David Moyes if a new report is to be believed.
The Scot’s West Ham contract expires at the end of the season.
Speculation over his future has been rife amidst a winless 2024 so far.
But a source close to Moyes has claimed he is still on course to sign a new deal with the Hammers despite going eight games without a win at the weekend.

Journalist claims these are the 4 managers on West Ham’s shortlist
There has been claim and counter claim in different sections of the football press.
And it was being reported that the West Ham hierarchy have drawn up a shortlist of managers to succeed Moyes.
Now a journalist claims to have unmasked the 4 managers on West Ham’s shortlist to replace Moyes.
The Daily Mail’s Sami Mokbel claims West Ham have ‘started process of sounding out candidates to replace Moyes’.
As things stand the list is said to be Julen Lopetegui, Steve Cooper, Graham Potter and Thomas Tuchel.

Three out of work, one soon to be
The first three of those men are currently out of work. And Tuchel is on course to be sacked by Bayern Munich by the end of the season.
Mokbel claims ‘it appears unlikely Tuchel would return to London with West Ham’.
But it has been claimed elsewhere that Hammers technical director Tim Steidten – who is friends with his compatriot – would be ‘confident’ of luring Tuchel to the London Stadium.
“Among the candidates believed to be interesting West Ham are Julen Lopetegui, Steve Cooper and Graham Potter,” Mokbel claims.

‘Appears unlikely…’
“Former Eintracht Frankfurt head coach Oliver Glasner is understood to be admired by leading figures at the club – but he has been appointed Crystal Palace boss.
“The club have a long-standing interest in Bayern Munich head coach Thomas Tuchel, who is under pressure at the Bundesliga giants, though it appears unlikely he would consider a return to London with West Ham.”
West Ham allegedly gave Moyes four games to save his future at the club last week.
But the first of those ended in a 2-0 defeat at Nottingham Forest which could have been by a much wider margin.
