Leeds United winger Crysencio Summerville appears to be firmly on the West Ham United radar this summer.
Crysencio Summerville lit it up with Leeds in the Championship last season, and he’s a very exciting name to be linked with West Ham.
The 22-year-old is a player who the Hammers have been strongly linked with signing over the past few months.
Julen Lopetegui is in desperate need of a new right-footed left winger, after Said Benrahma left to join Lyon on a permanent deal earlier this summer.
Summerville would actually be a major upgrade on the Algerian as far as I’m concerned, certainly when it comes to end product.
The Leeds star’s explosive pace would offer us a real outlet that we don’t currently possess, and if he is available this summer, he undoubtedly should be a priority transfer target for Lopetegui.
Now a new update has emerged detailing how the Hammers are trying to bring him to the London Stadium from Elland Road…
Expensive Crysencio Summerville to West Ham claim emerges
Described by TEAMtalk as ‘electric’ Summerville is undoubtedly ready to make the jump up to Premier League stardom.
The 22-year-old has blistering pace, possesses outstanding movement and has real output inside the final third.

Summerville bagged an impressive 21 goals and 10 assists in 49 appearances for Leeds United last season.
It’s clear to see why West Ham might want to sign him this summer, and now a big update has emerged about Lopetegui trying to bring him to East London.
Fabrizio Romano has told GiveMeSport how the Hammers are trying to prise Summerville away from Elland Road.
“The interest is still there in Summerville. It’s an expensive package, so I’m not sure West Ham will be able to make it happen, but the interest is genuine,” Romano said.
He continued, “They had contacts on the player’s side and contacts on the club side after speaking to Leeds last week. He is one of the players they have on their shortlist.”
The expensive package that Fabrizio Romano is referring to is believed to be around £30 million (talkSPORT).
In this day and age, that actually isn’t bad value for money, considering the Leeds winger’s quality, potential and proven track record in England.
West Ham signing Crysencio Summerville for £30 million this summer would be a real coup as far as I’m concerned.
Let’s see whether the Hammers are prepared to meet Leeds’ demands for the Dutch star though.
