Konstantinos Mavropanos has made something very clear to West Ham United manager David Moyes when it comes to Divin Mubama.
Divin Mubama was given more than half an hour of action by West Ham boss David Moyes on Saturday away at Burnley.

The 19-year-old played a major role in the Hammers coming back from 1-0 down to win 2-1 against the Clarets, and he sent a very clear message to Moyes when celebrating the equaliser.
And now it’s Konstantinos Mavropanos who is sending a message to Moyes, in direct response to something that the Scot has said about Mubama.
The West Ham manager suggested a couple of days ago that we must all remember that Mubama is only 19, as quoted by BBC SPORT:
“We want to play him but I would say how many 19 year-old centre-forwards are there in the Premier League? It is getting harder, because it is such a difficult role, and the level of competition is really high at nearly every club. His mentality and attitude are as good as any top player. He is so determined and works incredibly hard for the team. We need him to develop his actions and technical ability but he is only 19.”
However, Dinos has a very different take on the matter…

Mavropanos has message for David Moyes about Divin Mubama
The Greek centre-back clearly subscribes to the ‘if you’re good enough, you’re old enough’ way of thinking.
And he made that every clear when speaking to the official West Ham website:
“It’s really nice to watch Divin score. I think he wanted it a lot and I think it’s important for him that he came on and helped score an important goal for the team. He has a lot of qualities. He likes to run in behind and also have the ball into his feet and his finishing is also very good. He’s a good player and he works really hard. It’s not only about the age. The quality is there and it’s always good to play against him in training.”
I make Dinos absolutely right. Mubama has proven that he’s good enough to mix it at the very highest level, so why is Moyes still banging on about his age?
The fact that he’s 19 is irrelevant, because he has shown that he’s more than good enough to justify a place in the Scot’s starting XI at senior level.
One thing is surely very clear to Moyes now – Danny Ings should never start another game for the Hammers. In fact, I don’t want to see him anywhere near the squad full stop!
Even when Michail Antonio is back fit, I believe that Mubama is good enough to get regular minutes for West Ham.
David Moyes must start looking at Divin Mubama as a first-team player, rather than a 19-year-old. Age is meaningless in this situation as far as I’m concerned.
