A new claim has just been made about Jarrod Bowen shirt sales at West Ham United.
Jarrod Bowen signed for West Ham from Hull City in January 2020 for around £20 million (BBC), and he has gone on to establish himself as a truly top player for us.
Hammers boss David Moyes told reporters yesterday that the 26-year-old should be fit to face Burnley today – a huge boost for us given his exceptional form this season.
Bowen has bagged nine goals and three assists already this season (Transfermarkt), and is at the centre of everything good that West Ham do.
Since Declan Rice left to join Arsenal, the former Hull man has relished the extra responsibility that he has been given, and he’s now our talisman on the pitch.
So it will probably come as no surprise to read the latest claim made about Jarrod…

Jarrod Bowen shirt sales claim
According to The Athletic, West Ham sell more shirts with Bowen’s name on the back than any other player at the club.
That does not surprise me in the slightest – not only is he a top-class player but he’s also a genuinely nice person.
The exciting thing is that I truly believe that Bowen has another level to reach, and he’ll get even better over the course of the next few years.
The 26-year-old has been making more runs in behind this season, with Moyes using him as a centre-forward at times, and the Scot recently admitted that the attacker’s future may well lie as a central striker.
He certainly has the skill-set required to do that and it’s clear to see that he’s an absolutely brilliant finisher when presented with a goalscoring opportunity.
It was certainly no surprise to me after hearing the Athletic’s Jarrod Bowen shirt sales claim – he is by far the most popular player at the London Stadium.
And I reckon he’ll go on to stay in East London for the remainder of his career, and then become a true legend at West Ham in the process.
