There are multiple West Ham United players who are not happy with their current situations at the London Stadium, and could be looking to leave in January.
According to Claret and Hugh – a website with close links to club owner David Sullivan – five West Ham players could be looking for a January transfer window exit.
Hammers boss David Moyes needs to strengthen his ranks at the London Stadium this winter, but in order to do so, he’ll have to sell players to raise funds.
The Scot needs to sign a striker, a right-back and a left-back, defensive midfield cover for Edson Alvarez and a left winger in order to complete his current squad.
We obviously won’t be signing all five of those in January, but it will be nice to get a head start on our summer transfer window business by bringing in a couple of players this winter.
And it seems as though there could be plenty of outgoings from the London Stadium as well as incomings in January…

Mass West Ham January exodus incoming
Claret and Hugh reckon that five Hammers are frustrated with their current situations at the London Stadium – Aaron Cresswell, Danny Ings, Ben Johnson, Pablo Fornals and Thilo Kehrer.
I mean, I really don’t blame any of them. There is an argument that none of the five names mentioned above are good enough to be playing Premier League football for West Ham.
However, it must be said that they’ve hardly been given a fair chance this season. The five players have been given just 338 minutes combined in the Premier League by Moyes this term (Transfermarkt).
There could be a mass exodus at the London Stadium this winter, with five players looking for exits according to C&H, whilst another report has claimed that the club are actively looking to sell Michail Antonio as well.
If I’m being brutally honest, I wouldn’t be bothered one little bit if all five players mentioned by Claret and Hugh, and Michail Antonio, all left West Ham when the January window opens.
If we are to make genuine progress as a club in the future, we cannot afford to carry passengers anymore.
