David Moyes has responded to the ‘Moyes out’ banner on display at Fulham yesterday with just 17 words.
West Ham beat Fulham 1-0 at Craven Cottage but the away fans made it very clear to David Moyes that they want him gone.

Chants of ‘you don’t know what you’re doing’ were ringing around Craven Cottage and a ‘Moyes out’ banner was unfurled by the Hammers fans.
West Ham won the game and earned a vital three points but the performance really was dreadful.
I wrote about this in length after the game and the away fans clearly agreed. The Hammers boss stared down the away fans when he left the pitch yesterday, and he was asked about the Moyes out banner in the stands after the game…
David Moyes responds to ‘Moyes out’ banner
The Hammers boss addressed the media after the 1-0 win at Craven Cottage yesterday.
It really was a painful watch yesterday. 26% possession in a Premier League game just isn’t acceptable as far as I’m concerned, even if Manchester City are the opponents.
And he responded when asked by reporters what he thought of the banner on display in the West Ham end, as quoted by Football.London:
“I can’t really answer that, can I? They can do that if they choose to do so.”
That’s a fair enough response from Moyes isn’t it.
At the end of the day, the three points yesterday was all that mattered. However, it is clear to see that the 59-year-old is not the man to take us forward as a club, whatever happens between now and the end of the season.
The football that he deploys is dreadful to watch. In fact, it’s anti-football. It’s not what I grew up watching as a West Ham fan. The Scot has just made the match-going experience so dull for the Hammers fans.
And that’s why the majority of West Ham fans will still be in the ‘Moyes out’ camp, regardless of whether we win or not.
