West Ham United boss David Moyes will be powerless after Torino reportedly made a big Nikola Vlasic decision.
That’s according to a report from Italian publication TuttoMercatoWeb who claim that the 25-year-old Hammers owned ace will almost certainly join the Serie A club.
Torino have allergy already agreed a four-year deal with the Croatia international, but they are trying to haggle West Ham down from the £13 million purchase option that they have on him (TuttoMercatoWeb).

However, it seems as though a deal is all but done, unless the Italians cannot afford the £13 million option that they have on Vlasic of course.
Personal terms have allegedly already been done. So the Croatian’s unsuccessful spell in East London may well come to an end very soon indeed…
David Moyes powerless as Torino reportedly make big Nikola Vlasic decision
The Scot will be unable to prevent the Croatian from leaving the London Stadium now, if the Serie A side manage to meet their purchase option on him.
The 25-year-old has really impressed out in Italy this season, and has four goals and three assists to his name in 16 games so far (Transfermarkt).
Torino president Urbano Cairo recently raved about the 25-year-old:
Vlasic is a very strong player. He has great quality and intelligence. Spectacular.
Unfortunately for him and West Ham, David Moyes never managed to get the best out of him at the London Stadium.

Moyes and Nikola Vlasic were far from a match made in heaven.
The Scot should have used Vlasic in his natural number 10 position but instead, he exclusively used him as a left or right winger.
That never gave the former CSKA Moscow ace the chance to prove his true worth. As a result, he was shipped out of the London Stadium and deemed to be a huge flop.
However, that now seems like a big mistake from Moyes and the club.
And with Torino allegedly having already made the decision to keep Nikola Vlasic, the Croatian may well go down as one that got away.
