Andoni Iraola is a reported managerial target for West Ham as the future of David Moyes remains up in the air.
The West Ham owners are eyeing a move to replace David Moyes with Rayo Vallecano manager Andoni Iraola, according to a report from Cadena SER, relayed by Grada 3.

Moyes is really feeling the heat in his role as Hammers manager, with his side still not safe from the threat of relegation.

Recent results have eased that pressure on the Scot, but it won’t surprise anyone to know that the owners are keeping their eyes out for potential replacements ahead of the summer.
Iraola is a man who is allegedly on West Ham’s radar, and it seems as though Rayo Vallecano are well aware of interest in their man…
Director speaks out about man touted to replace Moyes at West Ham
Rayo Vallecano sports director David Cobeño has been speaking to Spanish publication Sport about the future of the club’s 40-year-old manager, and reports linking him with West Ham.
And Cobeño suggested that he is desperate for Andoni Iraola to remain at Estadio de Vallecas:

“He is a coach with whom you can talk and agree on decisions. He is not strict in his ideas, and it is easy to work with him on a day-to-day basis. When there is harmony between the coaching staff, sports management, presidency and team, everything is much easier. This is a value that we take into account. On a sporting level, he adapts very well to modern football, to touch football, with a lot of intensity and fast transitions. The truth is that I am always optimistic (of him staying). In difficult times, too. Now he is doing very well and some teams with more names than ours are looking out for him, but he is comfortable here. The comfort of working here is very important to him, hopefully we can continue another year with him and his coaching staff.”
Iraola has a high-press, high-tempo and free-flowing philosophy.
I would be more than happy if the Spaniard was the man to come in and take over from David Moyes at West Ham next season.
It seems as though the Hammers owners will be met with fierce resistance though, if they do indeed try to prise Iraola away from Rayo Vallecano in the summer.
