Dutch side AZ Alkmaar have sent a five-word message to West Ham ahead of their European semi-final clash after stirring comebacks.
West Ham secured their place in the Europa Conference League semi-finals with another memorable comeback to beat Gent on Thursday night.
The Hammers fought back against Sevilla and Lyon to make the semi-finals last year. And they showed similar spirit and character to do the same against Arsenal in the Premier League at the weekend.
With the game delicately poised at 1-1 after the first leg in Belgium, David Moyes’ side got off to the worst possible start by going 1-0 down against Gent at the London Stadium.
But West Ham were the comeback kings again as they levelled before half-time through a Michail Antonio header to set up what proved to be a breathtaking second half.

A penalty from Lucas Paqueta, an amazing solo run and finish from captain fantastic Declan Rice and a belter from Antonio secured a 5-2 aggregate victory.
And it also set up a semi-final against Dutch side AZ Alkmaar after they came back from 2-0 down to see off Anderlecht on penalties in the other tie.
West Ham and mighty Manchester City are now the only remaining English teams in European competition.
It means West Ham have made it to the semi-finals of European competition for the second consecutive season.
And their opponents have got the pleasantries out of the way early ahead of the two-legged tie next month.

AZ Alkmaar send five-word message to West Ham ahead of European semi-final clash after stirring comebacks
AZ Alkmaar have sent a five-word message to West Ham after comebacks set up a European semi-final clash.
“See you soon West Ham!” Alkmaar posted on Twitter with the dates of next month’s meetings on May 11th and 18th.
Alkmaar will be another step up in quality for West Ham.
They are currently fourth in the Eredivisie table vying for Europa League qualification for next season.
A clash with Alkmaar means West Ham will have the supposed disadvantage of playing the second leg away from home.
Although the abolition of the away goals rule calls that into question.
