More than 6,000 Hammers supporters packed out the away end at Anfield to watch West Ham walloped 5-1 by Liverpool in the Carabao Cup on a Wednesday night just a few days before Christmas knowing there were no trains home.
As good as Liverpool were, West Ham’s performance was labelled ‘criminal and embarrassing’ by Jamie Carragher.
Harry Redknapp and his son Jamie called out Moyes for his comments post-match as Liverpool advanced to the semi-finals as West Ham’s expense.
Hammers legend Tony Cottee revealed he left a West Ham game early for the first time because he was so disgusted by Moyes’ team selection and tactics at Anfield.

Now new video has emerged that will have Hammers fans raging and cringing in equal measure.

Moyes was clearly agitated by the line of questioning. And when The Athletic’s Roshane Thomas suggested the criticism comes with raised expectations, Moyes turned the tables on the press pack and asked ‘only the Liverpool fans in the room’ to tell him what West Ham’s expectations should be.
“What would West Ham’s expectations be? I would like to ask a Liverpool supporter in here, not you (nodding to Thomas), if a Liverpool supporter in here I’d ask you what would you expect West Ham to do?” Moyes said.
“Where would you expect them (West Ham) to be? Do you think you’d expect them to win a European trophy?”
The room was left in complete silence as Moyes looked around at the reporters gathered.
“I don’t know who the Liverpool supporters are in here (looks around silent room). Would you expect us to be challenging for the Champions League (further silence as Moyes pauses and looks around the room).
“Not many nodding their head in here. So, that’s the facts.”
