West Ham absolutely must go all out to sign Folarin Balogun this summer, especially if Arsenal come knocking for Declan Rice.
According to a report from The Daily Mail, Mikel Arteta will look to move Folarin Balogun on from Arsenal this summer, and he’d be absolutely ideal for West Ham.

With Arteta keen to raise funds by moving Balogun on this summer, the Hammers should just ask for him to be included in a deal for Dec, if the 24-year-old demands to leave of course.
Described by the Arsenal Way as an ‘elite finisher’, Balogun has the ability needed to really take West Ham to another level next season.
The 21-year-old has been in sensational form for Reims in Ligue 1 this season.
Balogun has bagged 18 goals in 32 Ligue 1 games so far (Transfermarkt). That puts him behind only Kylian Mbappe, Jonathan David and Alexandre Lacazette in the goalscoring charts.
The Arsenal owned youngster has blistering pace in his locker – something that West Ham just do not possess at the moment.
He is a superb finisher, as touched upon earlier, and his movement and understanding of the game really is impressive for someone so young.
Folarin Balogun will blow up into the next big thing over the next couple of years in my opinion.
And if Arsenal go all out for Declan Rice this summer, we should insist that the 21-year-old striker is included in the deal. I would take £80 million plus Balogun for Dec all day long.
