Jarrod Bowen has sent a message to West Ham supporters ahead of their season-defining clash with Leeds.
West Ham’s chances of avoiding relegation are slim, but everyone at the London Stadium will be hoping for the best.
The Irons not only have to beat Leeds, but David Moyes’ Everton must also win at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Bowen has outlined his expectations for the West Ham players to ensure they do everything they can to survive.

Jarrod Bowen delivers honest message before West Ham vs Leeds
Jarrod Bowen recognises that West Ham are in a precarious position that will probably result in their relegation.
Performances in the last few weeks have been unacceptable, particularly against Newcastle, but they still have a chance.
The Hammers captain has demanded a fast start at the London Stadium, followed by 90 minutes of full focus and hard work.
“I think it has to be a bit of everything – we have to start strong, but obviously we can’t win the game in the first five minutes,” Bowen told whufc.com
“We know that there’s going to be times in the game where there’s going to be tension, there’s going to be frustration, but the game is a 90-minute game.
“We’ve won a lot of games this season where we’ve scored in the last minute to win the game. You want to get the game done as soon as possible, but you have to pay respect to who we’re playing.
“Leeds are a really good side and in a really good place at the minute, but we’re at home. We have to make it uncomfortable, and we’re fighting to stay up. That should be the bottom line of it.
“There’s nothing else. There’s no waiting, there’s no hiding. It’s that. It’s do-or-die on the weekend, and hopefully the results go our way.”
As Bowen mentioned, Daniel Farke’s Leeds are in fine form and will not roll over for West Ham to earn an easy three points.
How does Bowen’s snub impact our chances of keeping him this summer even if relegated? 🤔
The Hammers will need to be at their best to win the game and give themselves a chance to pull off a memorable escape from relegation.
However, Bowen is optimistic that West Ham can create another “magical moment” on the final day, even though it may seem unlikely.
“We all still have that little bit of hope that we’re holding on to, and we have to take that into the game because football has had many magical moments over the years, different things that happened on the last day,” he said.
Bowen also suggested that he did not need to issue a rallying cry to the West Ham fans heading to the London Stadium.
The 29-year-old fully expects the supporters to create an amazing atmosphere because he has seen it many times before.
