Arsenal star Leandro Trossard has explained why West Ham can avoid relegation on the final day of the Premier League season.
Of the nine possible scenarios in West Ham’s relegation battle with Tottenham, only one would see the Hammers stay up.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side need to win against Leeds, and they need Tottenham to lose against Everton.
Unfortunately, the odds suggest West Ham will almost certainly be relegated to the Championship, but Trossard feels differently.

Leandro Trossard gives West Ham optimism in relegation battle
Trossard, who has just won the Premier League title with Arsenal, recently discussed the other end of the Premier League table.
The interviewer suggested it would be a shame for West Ham to be relegated, before Trossard claimed it is not over.
Trossard responded: “I don’t think they are out yet… I have that feeling. Everton can still do something.
“Everton are a very bizarre team… [They are] better away from home; you just don’t know what to expect from them.”
Trossard was then asked whether Everton’s physicality could be an issue for Tottenham in Sunday’s game.
“Yes, and I don’t think that suits Tottenham either, so I don’t know,” he replied, giving hope to West Ham fans.
Stranger things have happened than David Moyes’ Everton beating Spurs, especially given the immense pressure they are under.
Nuno wants to make YOU proud – so where do you think we finish in the table when all is said and done on Sunday?!
While many West Ham fans share concerns about Everton’s players being ‘on the beach’, Moyes will surely not allow that.
The Scotsman even admitted that he would love to keep his former club in the Premier League by beating Tottenham.
A defeat for Spurs would mean that West Ham can pull off another great escape by winning at the London Stadium.
Even though it is likely to end in heartbreak, the final day could become one of the Hammers’ greatest moments ever.
