Michail Antonio has made some comments on Liverpool that could come back to bite him and West Ham United tonight.
West Ham travel to Anfield to take on Liverpool tonight, and Michail Antonio will be hoping to help his side take a positive result back with them to the London Stadium.
If we are to have any chance whatsoever of winning at Anfield, David Moyes needs to set his team up with the intention and ambition to win.

We all know that the Scot will most probably go with a back five though. I would absolutely love to be wrong and for Moyes to really go for it. Unfortunately though, I can’t see it happening.

The Hammers striker is hopeful that he and his teammates can go to Anfield and spring a surprise on Jurgen Klopp’s side.
One thing’s for sure, we can’t afford to sit back and allow Liverpool to take the game to us.
Michail Antonio told The Footballer’s Football Podcast that West Ham might be able to take advantage of Liverpool’s physically exhausting clash with Manchester City on Sunday:

They’re going to be shattered. They ran themselves into the ground at the weekend. Hopefully we can use that against them! We play well against you guys [Liverpool]. We’ve had a couple of results. It’s one of those games where we are just going to go for it. But away from home it’s never going to be easy with the Kop.

Klopp will undoubtedly have his players bang up for this one tonight, as they look to get themselves back into the title race.
I feel as though the West Ham attacker’s remarks could make the Liverpool players even more up for tonight’s game.

It’s not as if we needed to give the Reds players anymore motivation is it!
