West Ham goal scorer Manuel Lanzini was spotted ‘limping heavily’ in the car park after the Chelsea win to add to David Moyes’s injury woes.
West Ham pulled off yet another memorable victory as they beat Chelsea 3-2 with a late freak goal from Arthur Masuaku.
Lanzini was excellent for West Ham on his first league start of the season.
The Argentine scored emphatically from the penalty spot and then played a key role in West Ham’s second equaliser with a lovely line-breaking pass to Michail Antonio.
The playmaker had been substituted when Masuaku struck his late winner.
But the game came at a cost with defenders Ben Johnson and Kurt Zouma both going off injured and awaiting scans.

Now Lanzini could be set to add to Moyes’s injury woes as well.
That’s after he was spotted ‘limping heavily’ in the car park after the game.
Several West Ham fans reported similar accounts on social media.
And respected West Ham fan site KUMB also claimed Lanzini looked to be carrying a knock after the game.
“West Ham lost Ben Johnson (hamstring) and Kurt Zouma (to be confirmed) to injury today,” KUMB posted on Twitter.
“To potentially make matters worse, Manuel Lanzini was spotted limping heavily when walking back to his car after the match.”
There is no confirmation from the club of Lanzini’s injury as yet.
And there will likely be little given away by Moyes’s selection for Thursday’s Europa League dead rubber against Dinamo Zagreb where a young side marshalled by the likes of Mark Noble and Alex Kral is expected to play.
Losing Lanzini would be a major blow. Said Benrahma has been out of sorts of late and Lanzini’s performances have been superb.
We just have to keep our fingers crossed that it is nothing serious.
