Just what did that note say that David Moyes sent on to Declan Rice before Arthur Masuaku’s late winner against Chelsea at the London Stadium.
Whatever it was, it worked.
West Ham twice fought back from a goal down to be level with Chelsea 2-2 with not long to go.
TV cameras honed in on Moyes giving Said Benrahma a note with instructions on for him to pass to captain Rice.
Rice spent a few seconds reading the note and barked out some instructions to his teammates.
Moments later West Ham substitute Masuaku took a quick throw high up in the pitch and fizzed a cross-cum-shot from an outrageous angle into the Chelsea goal.
What the note said that David Moyes sent on to Declan Rice before West Ham winner vs Chelsea (probably)
It sent West Ham fans into raptures.
But just what did that magic note say?
Well we think the image below is probably an accurate guess.
It’s all fun and games of course.
Sorry Chelsea fans.
But West Ham have had to sit and watch our London rivals lord it over us for years.
So we’ll enjoy every minute of this win.
And who cares if Masuaku meant his winner or not. In fact I hope he didn’t as it rubs their noses in it even more.
Come. On. You. Irons.
