Report makes Nayef Aguerd ‘miracle’ claim that will undoubtedly interest the West Ham United fans.
The 26-year-old West Ham centre-back left the field in tears after an injury on Tuesday night during Morocco’s incredible World Cup win over Spain out in Qatar.
The Moroccan defender joined the Hammers from Rennes in the summer transfer window for around £30 million (Sky Sports).

Unfortunately for him, his West Ham career is still yet to take off, having suffered an ankle injury during a pre-season clash with Rangers in July.
He made his comeback just before the break for the World Cup and looked like he would be a fantastic player for us. His performances for Morocco at the World Cup out in Qatar have been exceptional as well.
The injury that he sustained out in Qatar was a bitter blow for him and West Ham. It has been claimed the the injury wasn’t as bad as first feared.
However, it seems as though the centre-back may not be ready for Morocco’s quarter-final clash with Portugal on Saturday…
Report makes Nayef Aguerd ‘miracle’ claim
According to L’Equipe, the 26-year-old will need a ‘miracle’ if he is to be fit in time to face Portugal this weekend.
The French publication suggest that Aguerd suffered a hamstring injury on Tuesday during Morocco’s clash with Spain.
They go on to say that he will almost certainly miss the World Cup quarter-final clash on Saturday.

That’s a huge shame for Aguerd. From a selfish point of view, I really hope that he isn’t risked.
The 26-year-old will be a vital player for David Moyes and West Ham during the second-half of the season.
If he is rushed back to action, especially with a hamstring injury, its could all end in tears for Aguerd, Morocco and of course, the Hammers.
The Nayef Aguerd ‘miracle’ claim does not surprise me one little bit. Hamstring injuries usually keep players out for a minimum of three weeks, and that is if it’s a grade one pull or a strain.
Let’s hope that he’s back ready to play when we take on Arsenal on Boxing Day.
