Huge Lucas Paqueta injury boost for West Ham United after the Brazilian took to social media today.
West Ham star Lucas Paqueta suffered an injury during our FA Cup clash with Bristol City 10 days ago, and initial reports claimed that he could be out for up to two months.
The 26-year-old has been a vital player for Hammers boss David Moyes this season, so the thought of having him unavailable for selection was a really concerning one.
Especially with Jarrod Bowen and Michail Antonio out injured as well, and Mohammed Kudus away at AFCON with Ghana.

We need Paqueta back as a matter of urgency if we’re to enjoy a successful campaign.
And it seems as though the South American star could be back very soon if his latest social media update is anything to go by…
Huge Lucas Paqueta injury boost for West Ham
The former Lyon man took to X today and posted some videos of him working hard in the gym.
Paqueta looks strong as an ox in what was a hugely positive update for the Hammers:
I’m sure that the Brazilian won’t be back and available for our clash with Sheffield United on Sunday, but he might just be ready for the Bournemouth game on February 1st.
The one thing I really hope is that we don’t rush him back to action, and the same can be said for Bowen, because we need them to be fit and firing for the remainder of the season.
West Ham cannot afford any more setbacks, so in spite of the Lucas Paqueta injury boost after his post on X, it will still be vitally important for the Hammers fitness team to manage his return to action sensibly.
