Leeds fans react to West Ham FA Cup draw

Leeds fans have taken to Twitter in reaction to drawing West Ham in the third round of the FA Cup.

The Hammers will play host to Leeds on January 8th at the London Stadium.

Coincidentally, West Ham will welcome Leeds to East London just one week later as well in the Premier League.

The FA Cup third round draw is a standout fixture in the calendar of most football fans.

Premier League clubs want to avoid drawing a team from the same division and we were all hoping for a home draw against lower league opposition.

Either that or a glamour tie away against one of the Premier League big-boys. We have beaten them all this season after all!

West Ham got drawn out of that at home to Leeds though.

It wasn’t the worst draw in the world but it certainly wasn’t the best either.

The Whites will represent a really tough test. Marcelo Bielsa has his team playing some very good football. Don’t let Leeds’ league position fool you, they are a very strong side.

Leeds will certainly not be relishing a trip to East London though. West Ham have got the better of our recent games against the West Yorkshire outfit.

We have won all three games against Leeds since they returned to the Premier League last season.
