David Moyes must drop underperforming West Ham United trio when Premier League action resumes at the end of next month.
The Hammers are in all sorts of trouble at the moment, and are currently sitting in 16th spot in the Premier League table.
Moyes’s men are just two points clear of the drop zone and our next game is a trip to league leaders Arsenal on Boxing Day.

Things need to change at the London Stadium, and fast, if we are to enjoy a successful 2022/23 campaign on all fronts.
One of Moyes’s biggest weaknesses is his inability to change and evolve along with the times. But if he is to keep his job at West Ham, he needs to start being more flexible with his team selection, footballing philosophy and tactics…
David Moyes needs to drop 3 West Ham players when Premier League resumes
There haven’t been many Hammers players who have excelled this season.
Declan Rice, Kurt Zouma, Lukasz Fabianski, Said Benrahma and Flynn Downes have all been better than average.
Pretty much every other player has flattered to deceive though.
And three in particularly have been really poor over the past month or so – Tomas Soucek, Jarrod Bowen and Thilo Kehrer.

In my opinion, Moyes needs to drop all three players, in order to send out a message to the rest of the team that nobody is untouchable.
Soucek and Bowen have been in really poor form all season whilst Kehrer seems to have regressed badly after a decent start to life at the London Stadium.
Flynn Downes need to be starting regularly ahead of Soucek alongside Declan Rice in the middle of the park.
Harrison Ashby should be starting ahead of Thilo Kehrer in my opinion and Maxwel Cornet can slot in on the right wing in Bowen’s place.
At least then West Ham boss David Moyes will be trying something different. Let’s face it, things can’t get much worse than they have been already this season.
It’s time for the Scot to mix things up. He must show that he’s open to change or there will be only one end result for him.
