The Hammers have been absolutely woeful so far this season, and we are currently sitting in 16th spot in the Premier League table, just two points clear of the relegation zone.
And there could be 30 million reasons why West Ham should poach one manager in particular from our Premier League London rivals.
The Hammers’ next three games could be vital to Moyes’s hopes of seeing out the season at the London Stadium.
We are set to take on Arsenal (a), Brentford (h) and Leeds (a) when Premier League football resumes. Anything less than 5 points from those games may well see Moyes relieved of his duties at the London Stadium.
In my opinion, the Scot should be gone already, but it is what it is. If West Ham fail to start quickly on Boxing Day, and the fans are served up with the same old turgid football, then Moyes will surely have to go.
And I think there is one manager in particular that we should be targeting…

Brentford boss Thomas Frank has worked wonders in charge of the Bees since taking over at Griffin Park way back in October 2018.
The Dane led his side to Premier League promotion from the Championship in the 2019/20 campaign.
The 49-year-old deploys an exciting brand of attacking, expansive and free-flowing football at Brentford.
The football that his team plays is quick, precise and extremely effective. It’s the polar opposite to the way in which David Moyes sets up his team to play.
Brentford are currently sitting in 10th spot in the Premier League table, just three points adrift of the top six.
I think that Frank should be one of leading candidates for the West Ham job, mainly because of all the reasons I have listed above. There’s another reason as well though.

Thomas Frank got the best out of Said Benrahma at Brentford before his £30 million move to West Ham a couple of years ago (The Athletic).
In the two seasons that Benrahma spent playing under Frank, he bagged 27 goals and 24 assists in 81 Championship games for Brentford (Transfermarkt).
They are some fairly impressive numbers, but the most exciting thing about Benrahma back then was his all-round performances. He was completely allowed off the leash by Thomas Frank and was given a free role.
The results were clear and obvious for all to see. The Algerian does his best work when he is allowed to express himself, and he’s being held back by Moyes’s rigid setup at the London Stadium in my opinion.
Hiring Frank in place of Moyes would have plenty of benefits – mainly how the quality of football would change overnight.
As well as that though, there are 30 million reasons why West Ham should try to poach the Danish manager from Premier League London rivals Brentford.
Thomas Frank would not only transform us as a footballing side but he would improve one of our most enigmatic players as well in my opinion.
