A new video shows West Ham train at Rush Green before their Lyon trip and there’s a big double boost for Hammers boss David Moyes.
West Ham face Lyon in France on Thursday night for their big Europa League quarter-final second leg clash.
The last eight tie is delicately balanced at 1-1 after a first leg in which West Ham played with 10 men for the entirety of the second half.
The huge second leg now looms large in Lyon in just over 24 hours. West Ham or Lyon know they will face either Eintracht Frankfurt or Barcelona – who also drew 1-1 last week – in the semi-final.
West Ham have injury and suspension issues with Kurt Zouma and Aaron Cresswell out of the game.
But David Moyes will be boosted by the availability of Manuel Lanzini who was banned for the first leg.
West Ham will head to France today (Wednesday) to get ready for the game.

Because injury doubt Ben Johnson – who has been struggling with a tight hamstring and was an unused sub in the defeat at Brentford on the weekend – was in full training and looking ready.
And influential captain Mark Noble – who missed Brentford with illness – was also training.
The video features all of West Ham’s key stars minus injured Zouma.
Cresswell, who will travel with the squad to support his teammates as a senior figure despite being suspended, can be seen in training as well.
So too are the likes of Declan Rice, Jarrod Bowen, Michail Antonio and the man who will fill in for Zouma – Issa Diop.
Lanzini, who is back available after being suspended for the first leg, is seen training in the video too.
