Pep Guardiola has hinted that Jack Grealish may well not be ready to start for Manchester City against West Ham on Sunday.

Manchester City play host to the Hammers at the Etihad in the two o’clock kick-off on Sunday.
The West Ham players will obviously have to be at their very best if they are to have any chance of bringing a positive result back to the London Stadium from Manchester.
The Manchester City players will have to be on it as well though.

We proved how hard we can be to play against last season, drawing with Man City at home and losing, somewhat unfairly, 2-1 away at the Etihad.
The Hammers also knocked Manchester City out of the Carabao Cup earlier this season.
West Ham will undoubtedly fancy their chances whilst being pragmatic at the same time.
Guardiola drops Grealish hint ahead of Manchester City vs West Ham
The £300k-a-week Man City ace (Spotrac) hasn’t played for Guardiola’s side since November 3rd.
He is back in training now but only individually. And Guardiola told the Manchester Evening News that Phil Foden (another City player struggling with a knock) is slightly ahead of Grealish at the moment:

“They are training individual, they are training much better. Phil better than Jack. Not today because it’s a day off.”
Now, Pep may well be keeping his cards close to his chest.
It must be said though, Grealish starting against West Ham would be a big surprise seeing as though he hasn’t played for City for three-and-a-half weeks.
The last time he actually kicked a ball was for England against Albania two weeks ago.
And Moyes will be hoping that he doesn’t kick a ball tomorrow either.
The 26-year-old has played six times against the Hammers in the past and has bagged two goals and two assists (Transfermarkt).

Guardiola will probably opt to put Jack Grealish on the bench tomorrow. And considering the problems he has caused us in the past, that will be a big boost for West Ham.
