Jamie Carragher made a very big claim about the London Stadium after West Ham beat Liverpool 3-2 yesterday afternoon.

What a win for West Ham against the might of Liverpool.
David Moyes out-thought Jurgen Klopp and the Hammers exploited the Reds’ weaknesses.

The London Stadium was absolutely bouncing yesterday, as it has been for large parts of the season so far.

Many questioned our move from Upton Park to our Stratford home five years ago.
And there are still elements of the London Stadium that need to be improved.
The West Ham fans have proven this season that they are more than capable of generating a raucous atmosphere at the LS though.
And Carragher compared the London Stadium to Upton Park, when speaking to Sky Sports yesterday (Sunday November 7th, 6:44pm):

“The noise of this place, it really was bouncing. I think the win was deserved. It was so loud. It felt like Upton Park. You talk about West Ham fans and they missed out on such a great season last season under David Moyes. There will be some great nights here and days.”
Our incredible form is certainly helping with the atmosphere.
The players deserve so much credit for giving us a team that we can be proud of once again.
As does David Moyes and his staff.

And Carragher’s comments after the West Ham vs Liverpool clash yesterday proves that finally we may be moving towards getting over our exit from Upton Park back in 2016.
