The Hammers have a hectic schedule over the festive period and David Moyes will be pushing the players hard in training as usual.

West Ham are currently sitting comfortably in fourth spot in the Premier League table. We are safely through to the last 16 of the Europa League and have a Carabao Cup quarter-final against Tottenham and an FA Cup third round clash with Leeds to look forward to.

One of the most impressive things that Moyes has managed to do is the way in which he has galvanised a group of underperforming players and turned them into a genuinely top-class side.

Most of that is down to the team spirit and tight bond between the players.

Michail Antonio posts hilarious tweet involving Declan Rice

The 31-year-old West Ham ace is one of the lead jokers at the London Stadium.

He took to Twitter last night and posted a brilliant tweet about winter training:

Antonio and Rice have both been brilliant for West Ham this season.

Micky hasn’t been himself over the past few weeks, however, and we need him to get back to his very vest as soon as possible.

Antonio seems to be in fine spirits still, despite his recent struggles and that is a very good thing.

It’s a sign that the West Ham camp is still buzzing behind closed doors.
