Gianluca Scamacca and Lucas Paqueta have started to show a telepathic understanding between one another at West Ham.
The Italian and Brazilian stars have already really impressed the Hammers fans, but one of their teammates – Jarrod Bowen, has been taken aback by their quality as well.

Gianluca Scamacca has now scored six goals in 12 games for West Ham since moving to the London Stadium from Sassuolo in the summer.
Meanwhile, Lucas Paqueta has bagged two assists in his last two games for the Hammers.

Gianluca Scamacca has already opened up on the connection that he has formed with Lucas Paqueta.
And it seems as though it hasn’t gone unnoticed by one of their teammates as well…
Bowen stunned by West Ham duo Gianluca Scamacca and Lucas Paqueta connection
The 23-year-old striker and the 25-year-old play-maker should take the Hammers to another level entirely this season.
The two internationals have already proven what they have to offer, albeit in small quantities so far.
Jarrod Bowen spoke to WHUFC.com after our win over Fulham and waxed lyrical about Gianluca Scamacca and Lucas Paqueta:

You can really see the quality. You can see the group is starting to gel as a team. We have had two great victories in the Premier League. New players come into a new country, a new league, and new players around them. But I think you saw their quality today. It’s a great finish [from Gianluca]. That’s what he does. The ball through from Lucas as well. It was a massive moment for us.
Hopefully our season has already turned the corner.
We have games against Southampton, Liverpool and Bournemouth to come in the Premier League. And it will be interesting to see just how far we have come over the course of the next few weeks.
Gianluca Scamacca and Lucas Paqueta will have to raise their levels even further still and find more consistency if we are to challenge for the European places this season.
The connection that they have forged so far this season certainly gives us great faith that West Ham can finish inside the top seven.
And Bowen’s praise of Scamacca and Paqueta will hopefully give them both the extra confidence that they need to really kick on now.
