Callum Marshall is a truly elite young talent, and it seems as though he could be given a chance with the West Ham United first-team for our clash with Lincoln City tonight.
West Ham signed Callum Marshall on a full-time professional contract last year and he has gone on to be an incredible addition to the under-21 ranks.

The 18-year-old has bagged an incredible 11 goals and six assists in his last six games in all competitions for the under-21s, and he looks like the real deal.

The challenge now for Marshall will be to continue that fine form for the Hammers developmental side, but to also make an impression with the first-team whenever he is given an opportunity by David Moyes.
And it seems as though the super-talented Northern Irish youngster may be given a chance to do exactly that tonight…
Teenage whizz-kid snapped training with West Ham first-team ahead of Lincoln clash
Callum Marshall may well be included in the Hammers squad by David Moyes for our Carabao Cup tie tonight.
The 18-year-old forward was included in first-team training yesterday and West Ham’s official Twitter account posted the below picture yesterday:
I’m not suggesting that Marshall will start the game – I actually think Moyes will go with a fairly strong side tonight.
There is certainly a strong argument to be made for the 18-year-old to be included on the bench though. Even if he doesn’t get on, the experience of travelling with the first-team for an away game could end up being invaluable for him.
In an ideal world, West Ham will be beating Lincoln comfortably without about 30 minutes still to play. Then Moyes will be able to introduce Marshall into the game without any fear of a) his side losing the game and b) the teenager making a mistake that costs us dearly.
The Hammers fans are desperate to see what the teenage forward is really about. And tonight could well be the first time we get to see him playing for David Moyes’s side.
