West Ham and Man City stars Declan Rice and Jack Grealish show there’s no grudge after their training ground row which went viral.

It was just over a year ago that a video emerged online showing a fallout between West Ham talisman Rice and Manchester City’s £100m man Grealish during England training.

West Ham enforcer Rice and Man City attacker Grealish were both in the England squad for the October internationals.

And the pair had previously enjoy a great relationship.

That was highlighted when Grealish would regularly compliment Rice on his performances for West Ham before his big move to Man City.

But the pair had a little falling out during England training after Grealish took exception to what he felt was a foul on him by Rice.

It was the kind of thing that will happen at football clubs the world over on a weekly basis. But it made big headlines for the West Ham and Man City men at the time.

For those who didn’t see it at the time, there was a coming together between the Man City man and West Ham star during a session. Grealish believed it to be a foul saying: “I don’t get how you can say that that isn’t a foul.”

But Rice disagreed, telling Grealish: “I tried to block you and you ran into me, let’s watch it back.”

Grealish then makes a comment that is inaudible and Rice throws his hands up before walking off.

There was a happy ending for the West Ham and Man City duo though. The video cuts to footage of Rice cuddling Grealish later in the session and telling the camera: “We’ve made up now ain’t we Jack. He was mad but now we’ve made up. It’s because we’re too good, that’s the problem.”

Grealish acknowledges Rice with a smile but doesn’t say anything back.

Now the duo are off to the World Cup together in Qatar.

Rice took to social media to post a picture with Grealish aboard their plane bound for Doha and football biggest stage.

“Qatar” Rice simply posted alongside the pic with Grealish on the plane alongside a Lion emoji.

Grealish is also pictured with his arm around Rice in the official England squad photo before they set off for the World Cup.

The pair are clearly good pals and it is great to see such unity.

Whether Grealish will quite has the same love for manager Gareth Southgate remains to be seen.

While West Ham captain Rice is one of the first names on Southgate’s teamsheet, Grealish has struggled to establish himself in the Three Lions side.
