West Ham United manager David Moyes faces a real fight ahead of him, if he is to beat Everton to one of his key transfer targets in the summer.
David Moyes faces a really important summer ahead, and the West Ham manager definitely needs to make some big signings, if he is still in charge at the London Stadium of course.
The Hammers boss needs to add some more competition down the left side of the pitch, with more cover for Emerson Palmieri required and extra quality needed in the left wing department.
So with that in mind, signing someone who can play in both of those positions would be a real bonus for West Ham.
Filip Kostic – a player we’ve been heavily linked with signing on numerous occasions before – is believed to be on the West Ham radar ahead of the summer transfer window, according to a report from Tutto Juve.
However, Everton are said to be in the race for the 31-year-old’s signature as well…

David Moyes faces Everton competition for key West Ham transfer target
Tutto Juve reckon that Juventus could sell the 60-capped Serbia international for around €10 million (£8.5 million) this summer.
And it seems as though the Hammers and the Toffees could scrap it out for his services.
Former Frankfurt Sporting Director Fredi Bobic once labelled Kostic as an ‘extraordinary’ player (Bundesliga.com).
He really is a top-class player, and he’d be so useful for West Ham, especially in Moyes’s current system.
Kostic can play as a left wing-back or as a left winger, so he would provide Moyes with real strength in depth.
The Serbian possesses exceptional technical ability, impressive pace given his age, an elite engine and a real top-notch work-rate.
David Moyes would clearly love a player like the Juventus star at West Ham. However, if the Scot is to get his hands on Kostic, he’ll have to beat Everton to the Serb’s signature first.
