West Ham United want an Israeli-born midfielder with an insane scoring record as a new report makes Viktor Tsygankov claim.
West Ham are struggling for goals this season, scoring just three in their opening seven Premier League matches.
With five defeats the Hammers find themselves in the bottom three going into October.
Jarrod Bowen is struggling to rediscover his best form. Said Benrahma clearly isn’t fancied by David Moyes and never has been.
And new signing Maxwel Cornet has showed promise but the manager is insisting on drip-feeding him into the West Ham team despite the fact he played in the Premier League with Burnley last season.

Moyes himself has admitted he is still trying to work out where best to play the versatile Cornet.
Pablo Fornals has been a hugely important player under Moyes but he does not offer a consistent goal threat.
Well it seems West Ham are already planning to address their issue of a lack of goals from wide as soon as the next transfer window opens.
Because West Ham want an Israeli-born midfielder with an insane scoring record as a new report makes Viktor Tsygankov claim.
According to Jeunes Footeux, as also reported by Sport Witness and Football Transfer Tavern, West Ham want to sign Tsygankov from Dynamo Kyiv in January.
The Israeli-born Ukraine star has a brilliant scoring record of 71 league goals in just 144 league games for Kyiv – just shy of a goal every other game.

But throw in his assists too and the reported West Ham target has 147 goal contributions in just 220 senior appearances for Dynamo. Outstanding.
Tsygankov has also scored seven times for Ukraine in 39 appearances and West Ham are hoping to get him for a bargain fee as he is out of contract next summer.
According to the reports, West Ham face competition from the likes of Wolves and Newcastle.
And it is reported that the attacker ‘isn’t lacking suitors’ with Moyes said to be ‘lurking’ in the background to see whether a deal can be struck.
