West Ham want to sign Adrian Embarba this summer after he lit it up for Espanyol this season according to a report from AS.

Hammers boss David Moyes will be prioritising the additions of a new striker, a central midfielder, a left-back and a centre-back this summer.
You could even add an established goalkeeper to that list!
With European football on the horizon, Moyes will have to bolster his squad in pretty much every single department.
One area where we are fairly well-stocked, however, is in the wide attacking positions.

Should Felipe Anderson and/or Andriy Yarmolenko be moved on though, there may well be room to strengthen.
West Ham chasing Adrian Embarba
The 29-year-old right winger was in sensational form in La Liga 2 for Espanyol this season. He chalked up nine goals and 14 assists in 36 games (Transfermarkt).
Embarba is technically gifted and possesses a really keen eye for goal.

He has a proper end product to his play, as highlighted by the numbers he racked up for Espanyol this season.
Espanyol signed him for around £8.5 million in January 2020 (Catalan News).
It is unclear as to whether they will be open to selling him this summer after his fine form helped them gain promotion back to La Liga.

It must be said, however, the wisdom behind signing a 29-year-old winger who has never played in the Premier League before is questionable.
West Ham would surely be better served looking elsewhere. Moyes certainly has more pressing issues at hand!
