Sky Sports recently claimed that the Hammers have made contact with the 23-year-old’s agent already regarding a potential £14 million summer transfer.
And The Express reckon that Kral is keen to join West Ham.
There is obviously plenty of competition for the Czech Republic ace’s signature this summer.
It seems as though the Hammers could have a huge advantage, however.
Alex Kral spotted with West Ham duo
It seems as though agents Soucek and Coufal have already begun working on convincing their countryman to move to the London Stadium this summer.
The 23-year-old midfielder was snapped with the Hammers stars this afternoon:
Kral would be an absolutely exceptional addition for West Ham.
And you’ve got to think that there is a great chance of us signing him this summer with Soucek and Coufal already in East London.
In 29 league outings this season, Kral registered five assists and averaged 1.5 tackles, 1.8 interceptions, 0.8 clearances and 0.8 dribbles per game. During those appearances, he made 56 passes per match on average with a completion rate of 81% (Who Scored).
The Czech Republic international began his career as a defender but he has evolved into a midfielder. He is apt at playing the holding role but he can perform central midfield box-to-box duties with aplomb as well.
Signing Kral for £14 million would be an absolute bargain.
