West Ham United fans go mad in reaction to Max Aarons transfer rumour

West Ham United have been linked with a move to sign Norwich City right-back Max Aarons this summer by the Independent.

Hammers boss David Moyes is expected to be a busy man in the transfer market this summer.

The Scot should be prioritising the additions of a new centre-forward, a central midfielder and a left-back/left wing-back.

West Ham surely don’t need Max Aarons?

Right-back is one department where we are fairly well-stocked.

Moyes has Vladimir Coufal, Ryan Fredericks and Ben Johnson at his disposal.

The Independent claims that Max Aarons will cost around £30 million this summer.

Spending that kind of cash on a right-back when there are so many other areas in desperate need of attention would be a crazy move from the Hammers.

Aarons, 21, is a fine player. He is a top class attacking full-back.

David Moyes quite simply doesn’t need him, however. There is no way the Hammers should be pursuing a move for the Canaries defender this summer.
