According to a report from the Athletic, Manchester United are interested in signing West Ham United midfielder Tomas Soucek this summer.

The 26-year-old has been an absolute revelation for the Hammers since moving to the London Stadium from Slavia Prague originally on loan in January 2020.
David Moyes made Soucek’s loan deal a permanent one in the summer and the giant Czech Republic ace hasn’t looked back since.

Soucek has scored 12 goals in 48 games for West Ham so far.
His fine form has clearly not gone unnoticed, however.

The Athletic claims that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen to bring the powerful 26-year-old Hammer to Old Trafford this summer.
It is suggested that West Ham have no intention of selling Soucek, however.
And the East London club are preparing a new contract offer for the former Slavia Prague ace in order to ward off interest from Man United.
Soucek seems to be more than happy at the London Stadium.
And it would clearly take a massive bid from Manchester United to even tempt West Ham into selling the Czech ace this summer.
It will be vital for the Hammers to keep hold of Soucek. The 26-year-old is so important to Moyes’s side.
Let’s hope that the West Ham owners dig their heels in with this one. Because losing Soucek really doesn’t bear thinking about.
