West Ham boss David Moyes has been linked with moves to bring Dennis and Sarr to the London Stadium this summer.

The Scot quite simply has to bolster his attacking ranks at the London Stadium before the start of the new 2022/23 season.

We believe that both Dennis and Sarr would be very good signings indeed for West Ham.

And it seems as though there is a very good chance of Moyes bringing both players to the club this summer…

West Ham targets omitted from pre-season camp

The Athletic reckon that Watford duo Emmanuel Dennis and Ismaila Sarr have both been omitted from the club’s pre-season trip to Austria.

Negotiations are ongoing with clubs regarding potential transfers for the Watford pair according to a report from The Athletic.

Dennis, 24, is available for around £20 million (The Athletic) whilst Sarr, 24, could cost roughly £25 million according to The Mirror (print edition June 12th, page 72).

So £45 million would represent fantastic value for the Watford pair.

Sarr has racked up 24 goals and 18 assists in 92 games for the Hornets (Transfermarkt).

The 24-year-old is a frightening talent with explosive pace. He has a really direct playing style and that combined with his speed would add so much to West Ham’s counter-attacking setup.

Dennis, meanwhile, would be a very good addition for West Ham this summer and is exactly the kind of striker David Moyes usually likes.

Dennis bagged 10 goals and six assists in 33 Premier League games for Watford last season (Transfermarkt).

He is a constant menace for opposing defenders and possesses a fantastic work-rate.

West Ham fans will know all about Dennis. He scored against us with a brilliant strike at Vicarage Road last season.

The Hammers eyeing a Championship double swoop for Dennis and Sarr seems like a very sensible move to us. Especially for just £45 million.

Whether West Ham manage to secure deals for two of Moyes’s main transfer targets this summer remains to be seen though.
