West Ham have been told that it will cost €15 million plus €5 million in add-ons (£13 million + £4.3 million add-ons) to sign Genk hitman Paul Onuachu this summer according to a report from Own Goal Nigeria.

The Hammers need for at least one top class centre-forward can be described as desperate and that is not an exaggeration.
West Ham absolutely cannot head into the new Premier League campaign with Michail Antonio as the only recognised senior striker option again.
David Moyes will be prioritising the addition of an established hitman before the season commences.

Hopefully we get it done sooner rather than later, however, in order to allow the new man time to bed in.
West Ham told Paul Onuachu price
Own Goal Nigeria claims that during a meeting in London last week, the 27-year-old striker’s agent told the Hammers that an initial bid of £13 million plus £4.3 million in add-ons will be enough to secure his client’s services.
That seems like outstanding value to us for a striker who is absolutely clinical.
The Genk hitman was on fire last season racking up 29 goals in 33 League games (Transfermarkt).

Great value
His career record makes for impressive reading as well with 124 goals in 263 games to his name (Transfermarkt).
The 13-capped Nigeria international is an absolute giant. Standing at 6ft 7in tall, Paul Onuachu is understandably an absolute menace in the air. That aerial ability suits West Ham’s style of play perfectly what with the onus Moyes places upon set-pieces.

West Ham really shouldn’t be hanging around. £17.3 million for Onuachu would be absolutely sensational business.
The Nigeria international would be a superb signing for the Hammers.
