West Ham are set to seal a huge domino effect double transfer thanks to Everton according to new claims overnight.

West Ham could be about to make a major forward-thinking upgrade with some help from Premier League rivals Everton.

West Ham have not hidden the fact the club is looking to ship fringe players out in order to make signings in the January transfer window.

And it seems Everton want to try and use that to their advantage. The Toffees have previously been linked with Hammers trio Michail Antonio, Maxwel Cornet and Ben Johnson.

But now they have a new West Ham fringe player in their sights in the shape of Said Benrahma.

And West Ham are set to seal huge domino effect double transfer thanks to Everton it is claimed.

David Moyes revealed last weekend that West Ham rejected a loan bid from Marseille for Benrahma.

But the Scot admitted Benrahma can go as long as it is a permanent move.

Now talkSPORT are claiming Everton want to sign Benrahma which will enable the Hammers to upgrade him with Norwich City’s Jonathan Rowe.

West Ham have been closely monitoring Rowe, who has been ripping it up in the Championship with the Canaries. The Evening Standard recently claimed West Ham have been weighing up a move for the 20-year-old England youth international.

Benrahma out, Rowe in?

Rowe remains high on Moyes’ wish list after his breakout season. And the talkSPORT claim sources have told them Everton now want to sign 28-year-old sign Benrahma which will clear the path for West Ham to bring in Rowe.

“It’s believed that Norwich star Rowe is high on Moyes’ wish list after a fine season in the Championship,” the report states.

“The Hammers will need to move players on, though, and Said Benrahma is one player who could be on his way.

“talkSPORT understands that Everton are showing an interest in the Algeria international, who has fallen out of favour in east London. Moving Benrahma on would free up funds and a spot in the squad for Rowe, who would also count as homegrown.”
