Kalvin Phillips has named the two stars he can’t wait to play with at West Ham after joining on loan from Man City.
It has been an eventful week for West Ham after the club officially confirmed the signing of England midfielder Kalvin Phillips on loan from Man City.
Phillips has already revealed the roles David Moyes – who has chased him for two years – and ex captain Declan Rice played in his decision to leave Manchester City for the Hammers.
The England midfielder says he is excited to get started at West Ham.
And now Phillips has named the two stars he can’t wait to play with at West Ham after joining from Man City.

There will be no prizes for guessing who – talismanic duo Lucas Paqueta and Mohammed Kudus of course.
But it is still some compliment given the calibre of player he has been around at champions Man City.
“I’ve obviously watched West Ham quite a lot over the last few years,” Phillips said on West Ham’s official Iron Cast.
“I’m just very excited to be honest…
“Paqueta,” Phillips said when asked the players he’s most looking forward to playing with at West Ham.
“He’s been really good. And Kudus. I think everyone! Because I’ve watched how well they’ve done this year, they’ve been doing really well.
‘Just excited to see everyone at face value’
“Obviously I knew there was a chance I could be going to West Ham on loan so I’ve just been excited to meet everyone really and see everyone at face value and see how they are.
“But then obviously to play with them and experience the next part of the season with them – and hopefully a good run in Europe as well.”
Well there’s good news for Phillips after he named Brazilian magnifico Paqueta and star boy Kudus as the players he’s most looking forward to playing alongside.
Because he won’t have to wait too long in light of developments this week.

Phillips is fit and available to make his Premier League debut for the Hammers against Bournemouth next week.
And Ghana have been sent packing from AFCON at the group stage meaning Kudus will be back for West Ham’s clash with the Cherries.
Playing with Paqueta may soon become a reality too after some seriously good news from the playmaker’s wife on social media.
Phillips will also be key in fully unlocking Paqueta and Kudus as part of West Ham’s attacking Holy Trinity.
Because having in central midfield alongside Edson Alvarez should mean a lot less defensive work for Paqueta and Kudus.
