You would think West Ham United have learned their lesson but according to new reports it appears they may not have.
Moyes has two signings lined up and could beat PL rivals to a third claims insider
Speculation is rife that West Ham are seriously interested in a move for Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey this summer.
West Ham desperately need midfield reinforcements this summer.
David Moyes has been extremely fortunate that both Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek have been ever-presents all season long.

West Ham desperately need new midfielders in the summer
Beyond the brilliant duo, West Ham have a worrying lack of options.
In fact they only have ageing skipper Mark Noble as first team backup.
Football journalist Nicolo Schira and Calcio Mercato claimed earlier this month that West Ham want to bring 30-year-old Ramsey to the London Stadium his summer.
And the Welshman is open to joining the Hammers according to a report from Tuttosport.
Calcio Mercato yesterday claimed West Ham are in pole position for the ex Arsenal man.

Hammers making Wilshere mistake all over again if they move for Ramsey
But this all just feels like deja vu from when West Ham signed another injury prone ex Gunners midfielder Jack Wilshere.
West Ham paid Wilshere off to terminate his contract back in October.
He collected well in excess of £10million in wages from West Ham for a paltry 19 appearances and one goal in two years.
The frustrating thing about the Wilshere saga was that anyone who knew anything about football could have predicted it.
Indeed West Ham fans questioned the move when he was first brought to the club, citing his horrendous injury record as proof the Hammers should leave well alone.
Now West Ham seem set to make the same mistake all over again if they do sign Ramsey this summer.
There is no doubt the Welshman is a quality player.

Ramsey is obviously talented but does he fit the bill for Moyes?
But he certainly does not fit the profile of signing Moyes has made clear he is looking to bring to West Ham.
The Scot has repeatedly said he wants to build his new-look West Ham around young, talented, energetic, fit players.
Ramsey may be talented but he turns 31 in the middle of next season and – like Wilshere – is seriously injury prone.
Throw in his huge wages and it seems a strange one from Moyes and West Ham.
Ramsey has played a decent number of games for Juve with 61 appearances and six goals.
But West Ham fans have really bought into the Red Bull inspired model Moyes is implementing.
And signing Ramsey smacks of the West Ham of old. Bringing in a star name player the wrong side of 30, past their best on big wages and with a suspect injury history.
West Ham must learn from the Wilshere mistake and leave Ramsey in Italy.
