Now, Estadio Deportivo are claiming that Sevilla could demand as much as €80 million (£66 million) for the Argentinian ace, however.
West Ham manager David Moyes has a lot of work to do in the transfer market this summer. The Scot needs to sign a striker, a centre-back, a left-back and a central midfielder at the very least.

It could be argued that the Hammers boss needs to bring another winger to the London Stadium as well with Andriy Yarmolenko likely to be released and Said Benrahma facing an uncertain future with the club.
Ocampos would be a very good signing for West Ham but it appears as though our hopes of bringing the South American to England could already be dead in the water…
West Ham told Lucas Ocampos fee
Estadio Deportivo claims that the Hammers will have to pay £66 million if we want to sign the 27-year-old winger from Sevilla in the summer.
That’s a serious lot of money for the Argentinian attacker and unfortunately it will surely rule us out of contention for his signature.

He was recently described as a ‘sensational’ winger (Golazo Argentino).
Ocampos is incredibly technically gifted and has really impressive pace and quality in the final third.
The 27-year-old has bagged nine goals and four assists in 36 games for Sevilla so far this season (Transfermarkt).
West Ham spending £66 million on a winger will obviously not happen this summer though. It’s time for Moyes to explore alternative attacking transfer targets.
