West Ham are progressing with talks to sign Filip Kostic from Juventus on transfer deadline day.
According to 90min (Transfer Live blog, 11:45am, September 1, 2023), West Ham have discussed both loan and permanent deals with Juventus for the signing of Filip Kostic on deadline day.

That now seems to have been a little premature, but the signs are still looking good.
Hammers boss David Moyes has overseen a terrific window at the London Stadium this summer, with the additions of four brilliant new players.
However, he’s far from done just yet, with plenty more names being linked with us on transfer deadline day. And Kostic may well be our final signing of the window it seems…

90 Min are claiming that the Hammers are moving ever closer to the signing of the Serbia international as the clock continues to tick down on deadline day.
What a signing Kostic will be for West Ham, if Moyes manages to get it over the line.
The Juventus ace is a truly top-class left wing-back, and he would provide superb competition and cover for Emerson Palmieri.
The Serbia international can play further forward as well and would be a great option for Moyes to use in the left wing position.
He has pace and power in abundance, and the winning mentality that he has will take us to another level entirely.
£20 million for Filip Kostic will end up being great value for West Ham, if we end up signing him on transfer deadline day.
And his arrival at the London Stadium would transform the transfer window from an 8/10 into a 9/10 as far as I’m concerned.
