West Ham United have already signed two strikers in the January transfer window.
Taty Castellanos arrived from Lazio while Pablo Felipe joined West Ham from Portuguese side Gil Vicente.
However, Nuno Espirito Santo‘s work in strengthening that particular department seems to be far from finished.
West Ham are still looking to raise funds in the January transfer window, but the good news is that they are prepared to back Nuno in the market as well.

More top quality players are urgently needed through the door at the London Stadium, with the Hammers facing the prospect of losing their Premier League status.
One player who would genuinely take West Ham to another level with his explosive pace and lethal finishing is now being linked with a shock move to east London.
And he is a name who will be very familiar to the West Ham fans.
West Ham linked with stunning move for Jhon Duran
That name will be a blast from the past for Hammers fans!
It was only 18 months ago when West Ham were frantically trying to sign him from Aston Villa but they were never able to get a deal done in the end.
Eventually, the Hammers signed Niclas Fullkrug instead and the rest is history.
According to a report from Turkish publication A Spor, West Ham are eyeing up a potential move to sign Jhon Duran this month.

However, the deal would be an awkward one to get over the line because he’s currently at Fenerbahce on a one-year loan deal.
That said, the Turkish club do not have an option to buy him, so a transfer could be facilitated.
However, West Ham are actually well-stocked in the centre-forward department right now and the addition of a centre-back should actually be Nuno’s priority.
Having said that, it will be very hard to turn down a striker with Duran’s quality if he is indeed available.
West Ham fans will remember Jhon Duran transfer saga well
The Hammers chased Duran all summer long 18 months ago.
At one point in the summer of 2024, West Ham had even agreed personal terms with Duran but they were unable to reach an agreement with Aston Villa regarding the transfer fee.
West Ham did all they could but Lucas Paqueta STILL wanted out! 😡

The Colombia international was desperate to join the Hammers.
Duran posted a video of himself doing the ‘crossed Hammers’ sign in a bid to force a move to the London Stadium.
That incident was actually investigated by Aston Villa according to The Athletic, and they became even more determined not to let him join West Ham.
Eventually, Duran moved to Saudi side Al-Nassr for £64 million but his spell with them was short-lived.
The 22-year-old joined Fenerbahce on loan in the summer of 2025. Now he seemingly could be set for a swift exit from the Super Lig club as well.
Are West Ham realistically in the race to sign Duran in the January transfer window, though? That seems highly doubtful to me.
