A West Ham United insider has made a big claim about strriker Armando Broja after a Chelsea development overnight.
A Chelsea expert speaking to Hammers News last week claimed the Todd Boehly takeover could be in West Ham’s interests over striker Broja.
West Ham were first linked with a move for Chelsea-owned Broja earlier this season after seriously catching the eye on loan at Southampton (Football Insider).

Sky Sports has reported that Broja is on David Moyes’s list of striker targets for the summer window with a forward being a top priority for West Ham.
And Jamie Redknapp claimed live on Sky Sports this week that he has heard the Chelsea academy product – who he has known since he was 14 – is wanted by West Ham in a permanent move this summer.

Hammers News spoke to Chelsea Chronicle’s Kay for an update on the Broja situation last week and were told the Boehly takeover could work in West Ham’s favour as ‘additional money coming in’ would be welcomed by the Blues.
Now a West Ham insider has made a big Broja claim after a Chelsea development overnight.
It is being widely reported by the likes of Sky Sports that Chelsea’s on-off takeover has moved one step closer after getting Premier League approval.

And according to a West Ham insider speaking to Claret and Hugh, the Hammers do indeed feel confident they might be able to sign Broja for around £25m when the takeover is complete.
“They (Chelsea) are stocked with forward options and have both Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner on their books,” Claret and Hugh report.
“They will also soon be able to negotiate deals as their takeover has been given the green light by the Premier League.

“There is a feeling at West Ham, as a result, that a deal can be done for the Albania international and he would cost significantly less than other potential options this summer.”
West Ham’s players are said to have been really impressed by the 20-year-old striker during the three games against Southampton this season.
That’s according to a report a couple of months ago from The Evening Standard which claims Moyes actually passed up the chance of signing Broja before he left Chelsea to join Southampton on loan.
